    • Fun group exercise class designed to help seniors maintain cardiovascular, health, strength, and flexibility. This class focuses on light-weight training, yoga, brisk walk, and aerobics.
  • Self Defense Training
    • Self Defense Training is designed to introduce defensive tactic techniques utilized to create distance from you and your attacker. In this course you will learn techniques that will equip each individual with the ability to protect oneself. This program will allow each participant to engage in real life scenarios created by the Instructor. Participants will learn how to escape from attack holds, ground defense striking, blocks, counter-striking and more.
    • Each participant will walk away from this class with an awareness of defensive tactic techniques, self-confidence of person, and a maximized sense of self-protection and freedom to safe-guard oneself and family.
  • Boot Camp Fitness
    • Boot Camp Fitness is a military inspired method of exercising which focuses on 3 key principles; motivation, dedication, and commitment. The classes are more intense than any exercise program, but teaches each participant proper technique, form, balance, and breathing. These classes will challenge you to become lean and strong while burning an abundant amount of calories.
  • Core Strength Training
    • Core Strength is designed to strengthen and tone your core muscles. The exercises performed in this class focus on the abdominal area (abs) and back. The abs play an important role in the core.
  • Cardio Endurance
    • Cardio Endurance is not limited to just running. Cardio Endurance challenges each individual to work through a series of body-count movements that target flexibility, agility and mobility. Cardio Endurance reduces stress, targets weight loss, and maximizes endurance levels.
  • Bridal Boot Camp
    • Bridal Boot Camp will transform you and your entire bridal party into the desired figure for your wedding dress or tuxedo. Accountability and commitment from one another will enhance encouragement, motivation and determination while collectively striving toward the Wedding Day. Group rates and discounts will apply for wedding parties consisting of 8 or more participants.
  • Circuit Training
    • Circuit Training consists of multiple exercise stations that maximizes an individual’s intensity level of performance. This selection of exercising targets the total body with maximum physical effort. Every work station is designed to provide strength training, cardio, and high performance levels of endurance.
  • Power Punch Conditioning
    • Power Punch Conditioning works the entire upper & lower body with a series of different punches, kicks, knees, and elbows strikes. This class will enhance your striking power and educate you on the proper form and technique used to throw effective strikes. Power Punch Conditioning will also add definition to your abs, arms, and legs.
